We get asked so many different questions concerning cerebral security solutions, regarding security guards, the services that we provide and general enquiries regarding our business. We offer clients security officers, security guards, mobile security, key-holding, door supervision, event security, corporate services, security risk management, consultancy, and risk assessments.
All our security staff have completed and passed an SIA approved training course to gain their security licence for the appropriate job role they are employed to do. All our staff are first aid at worked trained. Additionally, training is provided such as manual handing, working at hight, and other H&S courses. Further training is provided depending on the requirement of the contract.
All our security staff are enhanced security checked, they also are security screened, this looks at rights to work, employment history, financial check, and many other checks to make sure we provide trustworthy and honest security staff to our clients. Some of our staff are SC checked, this is contract specific.
We do provide door supervisor on an ad-hoc basis, this does depend on the event or function. Security guards can be provided on a short-term basis, this does depend on case-by-case basis and what your requirements are.
Our main area of service is 15 miles radius of Bath. However, this is mainly for mobile and keyholding response services. We can provide security guards and officer anywhere within the UK depending on the contract being offered. Our consultancy and risk security management services are UK wide.
As we are diverse and deal with specialised areas of security we hold fully comprehensive insurance, which cover Public Liability up to £5 million and Employer Liability up to £10 million. These policies cover the manned, electronic and risk security management sides of the business.
We use on site QR codes and KPI’s to measure our security staff performance. This information is then passed on to the client as evidence their site is meeting any SLA’s or other set agreements.
We have provided security services for many different companies, from small start-up business to multi-million-pound blue chip organisation, some of which are still using our services today. We have provided security services to circuses, corporate well-known organisations, educational establishments, 4/5-star hotels and rural communities.
Depending on what the client’s needs are, would dictate the cost of security they require. For example, there is a different price for a security guard compared to a security officer. Door supervisors are again charged at a different rate.
We are registered with the ICO and are processes are checked yearly to make sure we stay compliant.
